Catch 22 in London is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join its Works Department on a full-time basis. The role focuses on mechanical building services including boilers, AHUs, pumps and motors, with duties spanning planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and on-site installations.

Day-to-day tasks include electrical, plumbing and general maintenance across the historic estate, supported by BMS and CAFM systems.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a recognised engineering discipline with mechanical bias.
• Solid post-qualification building services maintenance experience across mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks.

Aufgaben

• Maintain boilers, air handling units, pumps and motors with a mechanical bias.
• Perform reactive and planned maintenance, fault finding and installations on mechanical systems.
• Undertake electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks across the estate.
