Job summary

Greencore's Bo'ness site is recruiting a Quality Auditor to support quality systems across site operations. You will audit, monitor and drive improvements in GMP, HACCP and traceability, working closely with production teams on a hands-on basis.

The role is site-based, permanent, with a Sun-Thu 5:00-13:00 shift. You will contribute to investigations, sampling and corrective actions while upholding Greencore's quality and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality systems, GMP, HACCP and traceability across a manufacturing site.
• Proactive, detail-focused approach with a drive to improve standards.
• Hands-on, on-floor audit capability with practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Audit compliance with QMS, GMP and HACCP and raise non-conformances with corrective actions.
• Identify root causes and reduce repeat non-conformances through improvements.
• Conduct traceability audits and present findings clearly.
• Complete sampling activities (microbiological, nutritional, swabs, organoleptic).
• Support investigations into complaints and incidents via audits and data analysis.
• Provide technical support to factory teams and customer visits.
