Job summary

Finance Manager role at Corby with a SME-focused finance team. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day finance operations, produce regular management accounts, forecasts and budgets, and drive insightful financial analysis to support profitability and cost control.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage cash flow, oversee ledgers and payroll, and liaise with external accountants. ACCA or AAT level 4 qualification is preferred, and some international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• SME finance experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and a confident, friendly manner.
• Experience in Accounts Management or Financial Controller/Operational Finance Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day finance function.
• Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets.
• Deliver financial analysis and KPI reporting to support performance.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital needs.
• Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll and credit control.
