Job summary

ParetoFM is seeking a Flexible Cleaning Operative to cover holidays and sickness on a site-based basis. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service, supporting the wider team as required.

Responsibilities include carrying out cleaning duties to schedules, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting hazards to the Site Manager. The role requires a dependable, flexible individual who can work independently or with colleagues in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out cleaning duties in line with the agreed cleaning specifications and schedules.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across designated areas.
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and on time.
• Using cleaning products and equipment correctly and storing them properly.
• Reporting maintenance issues or hazards to the Site Manager.
• Responding to client and management requests in a positive manner.
• Working with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Wearing the appropriate uniform and PPE.
• Taking ownership of tasks and resolving day-to-day issues.
