Search Consultancy is seeking a reliable Bankman/Yardman to join a long-term site project in Stafford. You will man the site gate, manage deliveries, and keep the yard and storeroom organised while enforcing safety and security.

The role requires a valid CSCS card, NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshal, and SC Security Clearance, plus at least five years of verifiable work history. Teamwork and independence are essential, with attention to stock records and site safety.

Competenze

• Valid CSCS card holder.
• NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshal qualification.
• Must already hold SC Security Clearance.
• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable work history.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Manning the site gate and managing incoming deliveries.
• Banking machinery and wagons safely on site.
• Keeping the storeroom and yard area clean, tidy and organised.
• Keeping track of materials delivered to site and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Assisting with unloading, checking and storing materials in designated areas.
• Ensuring materials are stored safely and can be easily located when required.
• Assisting with general site duties as required.
• Maintaining a safe, organised working environment and communicating with site personnel and drivers.
