Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd. are seeking a Vehicle Banksman for a construction project in Blyth. You will safely direct and bank vehicles, maintain exclusion zones, and assist with loading/unloading deliveries while following site health and safety rules.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CSCS Card and a NPORS or CPCS Banksman ticket, is hardworking, has valid ID, and wears full PPE. The role offers weekly payroll and ongoing site work.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
• Must hold a valid Banksman NPORS or CPCS ticket.
• Must be hardworking and driven.
• Must have valid ID/Passport.
• Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots).

Responsibilities

• Direct and manoeuvre vehicles safely around the site.
• Bank lorries, deliveries and plant machinery during reversing manoeuvres.
• Ensure all vehicle movements follow site procedures.
• Communicate with drivers using recognised signals.
• Maintain safe exclusion zones and keep pedestrians clear of moving vehicles.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries when required.
• Monitor site traffic and help prevent accidents and damage.
• Identify hazards during vehicle movements and stay vigilant.
• Follow site management instructions and perform additional duties as required.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations.
