Job summary

Yeoman Park Academy in Mansfield Woodhouse is seeking a reliable site assistant to join a focused, dynamic team. The role supports a safe learning and working environment for students and staff at the academy.

The successful candidate will coordinate activities with the TL and Estates & Facilities Managers, ensuring quality standards, health and safety compliance, and safeguarding are a priority across the site.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and proactive service to the highest levels, ensuring a safe learning and working environment for the benefit of the students and staff.
• Have a flexible approach to working patterns and the support required at the academies. Co-ordinate all activities, working with the Team Leader (TL) and Estates & Facilities Managers to undertake a range of duties to the agreed quality standards to maintain and secure the academy site and premises.
• Manage systems, health and safety activities, monitoring, test and recording activities as required.
• Understands the importance of health and safety, compliance and safeguarding.
