Job summary

Diverse Academies Trust seeks a reliable site assistant for Yeoman Park Academy in Mansfield to support a safe, well-managed school environment for pupils aged 3-19 with complex needs. The role involves coordinating site activities, liaising with the Team Leader and facilities managers, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

You will be part of a caring, forward-looking team at a high-performing academy with a strong Ofsted rating and a commitment to professional development

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and proactive service to the highest levels, ensuring a safe learning and working environment for the benefit of the students and staff.
• Have a flexible approach to working patterns and the support required at the academies.
• Co-ordinate all activities, working with the Team Leader (TL) and Estates & Facilities Managers to undertake a range of duties to the agreed quality standards to maintain and secure the academy site and premises.
• Manage systems, health and safety activities, monitoring, test and recording activities as required.
