About the Role

As a Site and Farm Team Assistant you will work as part of the site and farm team to ensure our school grounds, facilities, and farm are maintained to a high standard. From general maintenance and site safety checks to supporting the care of their farm animals, you\'ll play an essential part in creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for their learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the upkeep of school buildings, classrooms, and outdoor areas
• Support the daily running of the school\'s farm, including feeding and caring for animals
• Carry out health and safety checks across the site
• Help prepare outdoor learning spaces for educational activities
• Ability to commute to Dunstable
• Work alongside staff and students to promote a positive and inclusive environment

About You

• Reliable, hardworking, and practical
• Experience in a maintenance, groundskeeping or animal care role is desirable (but not essential)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers
• A team player with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in supporting young people
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting)
