BMD Group is seeking a Site Agent to join our UK operations on a permanent basis. The role involves managing site inspections, planning and reporting across projects such as roads, bridges and water treatment facilities. Candidates must be able to travel and stay away during the week.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering qualification (Degree/HNC/HND), 6+ years of site experience, and strong IT and communication skills. CSCS and IOSH/SMSTS desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Degree level/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years site experience required
• IT skills including MS Office
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills

Aufgaben

• Conduct site inspections and evaluations, develop project plans and reports
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Provide technical guidance and support construction delivery to achieve project goals
• Regularly communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
