Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking a Site Agent to lead piling and ground engineering on a major civils project in Suffolk. You will coordinate specialist piling teams, manage earthworks and temporary works, and ensure safe, compliant delivery on time and to specification.

The role requires hands-on leadership, RAMS proficiency, QA/ITP experience and strong coordination with Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors. A demanding environment on safety-critical infrastructure awaits.

Qualifications

• Significant site experience in piling and ground engineering.
• Proven ability to lead daily site delivery and coordinate teams.
• Strong RAMS, QA/ITP understanding and site safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery of piling and ground engineering works.
• Coordinate specialist piling operations, mobilisation and sequencing.
• Oversee earthworks, excavations, temporary works and ground improvements.
• Coordinate plant, concrete operations and associated activities.
• Manage labour, plant, materials and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure works follow RAMS, ITPs, drawings and specs.
• Liaise with Project Manager, engineers and client representatives.
• Monitor production, progress and short-term planning.
• Maintain quality records and piling/ pour records.
• Ensure temporary works are installed and managed per design.
