Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Bath is seeking a Site Agent to own multiple work programmes and lead operational teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. You will oversee day-to-day site operations across utilities and civil engineering, manage subcontractors, review RAMS and site documentation, and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Site Agent to take ownership of multiple work programmes, leading operational teams to safely deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day site operations across utility and civil engineering projects
• Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
• Monitoring project performance against programme and budget targets
• Producing and reviewing RAMS, work programmes and site documentation

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Site Agent, Senior Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor within utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and industry best practice
• Experience managing operational teams and subcontractors
• Experience of NEC contracts
