PSR Solutions is seeking a Site Agent to manage day-to-day site operations across rail infrastructure and station upgrade projects. You will ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget, coordinating subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and engineering personnel.

You will maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental compliance and quality, monitor progress against milestones, and liaise with project managers, engineers and clients to resolve issues and keep

Formación

• Previous experience as a Site Agent or in a similar site management role within civil engineering or rail infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements on construction sites.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple work packages.

Qualifications

• Relevant civil engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Relevant rail competencies and qualifications appropriate to the role.

Required Skills

• Previous experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar site management role within civil engineering or rail infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements within a construction environment.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple work packages.
• Good knowledge of construction programmes, quality processes and site documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
