PSR Solutions are recruiting a Site Agent to join a Rail Contractor in the Southeast, delivering major rail infrastructure and station upgrade projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget, and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and suppliers.

You will maintain HSEQ standards, monitor progress against milestones, ensure works follow drawings and specs, liaise with project managers, engineers and clients, and manage

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Previous experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar site management role within civil engineering or rail infrastructure.
• Experience delivering station upgrades, rail civils or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements within a construction environment.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple work packages.
• Good knowledge of construction programmes, quality processes and site documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
