We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Agent to join a leading infrastructure solutions provider. Based in Scotland, this role is an excellent opportunity to manage and deliver complex rail and civil engineering projects while leading a skilled team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
2. Leading project teams, including subcontractors and direct labour, to achieve performance and quality targets.
3. Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
4. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
5. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to maintain clear communication and strong relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Site Agent or Site Manager within the Civil Engineering sector.
2. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and safety regulations.
3. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
4. Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent construction-related discipline.
5. CSCS and SMSTS certifications are essential; PTS certification is desirable.
