Job Title: Site Agent

Location: West Midlands

Hours: 12 hours

Salary: Competitive (DOE)

Responsibilities:

1. Managing and overseeing daily operations on the site as per the contract drawings and ensuring regular checks are carried out.
2. Reviewing plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy.
3. Ensuring quality control requirements are met and recorded in accordance with the client specifications.
4. Providing leadership and addressing technical challenges on site.
5. Coordinating and conducting pre-start site surveys.
6. Guaranteeing timely handover of works and quality records without outstanding defects, in collaboration with the Project Manager and installation teams.
7. Maintaining high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance on site.
8. Leading in resolving technical difficulties and other problems on site.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience managing Civils Projects.
• Proven track record overseeing and leading civil engineering projects.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, Health & Safety, and legal regulations.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Flexibility to travel nationwide.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with site teams and clients.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
