Job summary

Active Care Group is recruiting an experienced Administrator to join the Active Neuro service, Woodlands in York. The role supports the neurological rehabilitation centre with day-to-day admin and coordination on a 7-day rota, including weekends and bank holidays.

We require strong communication, customer service and IT skills, with a proactive, organised approach. The role includes DBS clearance and access to our training and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• IT skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Flexible, meticulous and able to work on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the Active Neuro service.
• Coordinate workload and maintain accurate records on a 7‑day rota.
