  • Deliver evidence-based, person-centred interventions to support individuals with FND, ABI and other complex neurological needs.
  • Use appropriate occupational therapy assessment tools to monitor progress, evaluate outcomes and adapt interventions to meet individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively as an active member of the multidisciplinary team (MDT), contributing to effective rehabilitation planning and the delivery of holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely and comprehensive clinical records, ensuring all interventions and patient outcomes are appropriately documented.
  • Provide clinical guidance, supervision and support to junior colleagues, contributing to their professional development and the overall effectiveness of the therapy team.
  • Promote a positive, therapeutic environment that supports independence, engagement and meaningful participation in daily activities.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, reflective practice and ongoing professional development, ensuring practice remains in line with current clinical standards and organisational policies.
About You
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience working in a neurological rehabilitation or complex care setting.
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning and clinical reasoning skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a wider MDT.
  • Experience supporting, supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, flexible and person-centred approach to rehabilitation.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining high standards of clinical practice.
