Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick is seeking a highly organised Administration Apprentice to join the Sizewell C project team in the UK. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of project operations through administration, coordination and stakeholder support.

You will develop key business and office management skills, with training provided. The position is suitable for those starting a career in administration and keen to grow within a major infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent.
• Basic IT skills and computer literacy.
• Good English and telephone manner.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sizewell C project team.
• Assist with coordination of day-to-day project operations.
• Support stakeholder comms and document handling.
• Develop business and office management skills through on‑the‑job training.

This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in administration, gaining hands‑on experience in a major UK infrastructure project. The role will support the smooth day-to-day running of project operations through effective administration, coordination, and stakeholder support while developing key business and office management skills.

About you

• At least 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths & English
