What You'll Do
  • Coordinate the collection, tracking, first review, and follow-up of site regulatory and essential documents to support timely site activation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Partner with sites, Site Activation Managers, and functional teams to prioritize activities, resolve document issues, and keep start-up milestones on track.
  • Support the development, adaptation, and review of country- and site-specific informed consent forms and translations in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Contribute to site identification and feasibility activities, including Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Site Feasibility Questionnaires, site qualification, and preliminary potential site lists.
  • Support country- and site-specific activation activities, including Regulatory Authority and Ethics Committee submissions under the guidance of the relevant teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with investigative sites and provide local follow-up on submission status and outstanding start-up or maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to support site contract and budget activities and gather country- and site-level intelligence.
  • Apply SOPs, ICH GCP, applicable regulations, EU requirements, and country or local regulatory requirements to maintain quality and compliance throughout your work.
What You'll Bring
  • Education: A minimum four-year college curriculum with a major concentration in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or another related science.
  • At least one year of clinical research experience, preferably within site activation or a regulatory-related function.
  • Previous experience within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
  • Good knowledge of ICH GCP, the EU Clinical Trials Directive, and other relevant clinical research conduct guidance.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research principles, local healthcare systems, and country-level cultural norms, with the ability to build relationships with investigators and key site personnel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple activities and maintain quality and delivery timelines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
