Job summary

Cornerstone in the United Kingdom seeks an Acquisition Delivery Manager to drive property transactions across regions, securing site acquisitions, renewals and shared arrangements while aligning with commercial and customer needs. You will lead third-party agents and estates partners, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure delivery against timescales, budgets and CAPEX/OPEX targets.

Qualifications

Experience delivering high volumes of property transactions.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of telecoms property and asset management.
Understanding of ECC and UK Landlord & Tenant law.
Ability to manage risks, dependencies and issues in complex projects.

Responsibilities

Build strong stakeholder relationships with Acquisition Partners and internal teams.
Manage lease renewals, site acquisitions, upgrades and site-share apps.
Track delivery against timescales and budgets.
Monitor risks and dependencies and escalate as needed.
Ensure supplier activity is validated and site issues resolved.
Lead and manage third-party agents and estates partners.
