Vacancy: Sister/Team Leader - In-Patient Unit

Salary Range: £36,879 to £43,983 per annum (pro-rata for part-time staff)

Hours: Minimum of 30 per week, 24-hour internal rotation

Are you ready to take on a leadership role within a ward setting? Are you motivated to drive the highest standards in patient care whilst developing your own leadership and management skills? Do you want to work in an Outstanding organisation?

We are recruiting for the position of Ward Sister/Team Leader. We are looking for someone capable of supporting and leading a team of staff to provide outstanding evidence-based care.

Working with senior staff, you will role model the St Gemmas values and behaviour framework.

Responsibilities of a Sister/Team Leader:
  1. Take responsibility as Nurse in Charge on shift.
  2. Be a positive role model in a supervisory and supportive role.
  3. Manage and develop a team of staff.
  4. Project development.
  5. Demonstrate management and leadership skills.
