Vacancy: Sister/Team Leader - In-Patient Unit

Salary Range: £36,879to £43,983per annum (pro-rata for part-time staff) Hours: Minimum of 30 per week, 24 hour internal rotation

Are you ready to take on a leadership role within a ward setting? Are you motivated to drive the highest standards in patient care whilst developing your own leadership and management skills? Do you want to work in an ‘Outstanding’ organisation?

We are recruiting to the post of Ward Sister/Team leader. We are looking for someone who is able to support and lead a team of staff to provide outstanding evidenced based care.

Working with senior staff, you will role model the St Gemma’s values and behaviour framework.

As a Sister/Team Leader you will be expected to:

  • Take responsibility as Nurse in Charge on shift.
  • Positive role model in a supervisory and supportive role.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff
  • Project development
  • Demonstrate management and leadership skills
