Ward F6 is a 32-bed ward, and F2N has 16 beds with an additional high care bay of 4 beds. Both wards specialize in Cardiac Surgery, caring for patients undergoing routine and complex cardiac and aortic surgeries. There is an exciting opportunity to join the 4-bed ERAS bay, which caters to fast-track cardiac surgery patients, part of phase 2 of the ERAS pathway. This includes patients with arterial lines, central lines, noradrenaline, pacing wires, and drains, starting from 8 hours post-surgery.
This is an ideal opportunity for experienced nurses eager to expand and progress their practice. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive support, including education, preceptorship, and mentorship.
