Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent and be empowered to innovate and drive solutions, working closely with technical experts who are proud of their work. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex and critical work to build and maintain the nation's critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance and assist with reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). This role is permanent nights, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, based at Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Station System Technician Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attend to planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report/fix station communication faults
• Use field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for tasks and fault updates

Who you are:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who can multi-task and enjoy learning. The Level 4 Technician role is ideal if you have experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Good understanding of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work nights at Pirin Court Service Centre, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am
