Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent as a Level 4 Station Systems Technician, working on critical infrastructure projects. This role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance and assisting with reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The position is based at Pirin Court Depot, Canning Town, working permanent night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist qualified technicians in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
  2. Attend planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks.
  3. Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults.
  4. Utilize field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data.
  5. Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for tasks and fault updates.
Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:
  • CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background.
  • Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness.
  • Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
