Job summary

Chip is hiring a Team Lead to shape and deliver pension-focused customer support as we launch a SIPP pension. You will lead a specialists CS unit, collaborating with Product and broader CS leadership to ensure consistent standards and regulatory compliance.

You’ll manage performance, develop team members, and translate customer insights into actionable feedback while supporting the ongoing evolution of pension support within Chip’s product suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pensions-focused CS team, setting standards and driving performance.
• Translate customer insight into actionable feedback for Product and CS leadership.
• Maintain regulatory compliance across FCA requirements in all customer interactions.
• Manage 1-2-1s, probation reviews, and personal OKRs to drive development.
