Job summary

Benchmark Capital in Horsham is seeking an experienced Pension Administrator to manage the administration of the Fusion Wealth SIPP within our growing platform proposition. You will support adviser and client service delivery, process contributions and transfers, and maintain accurate records while helping drive improvements in processes in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven pensions administration experience.
• Knowledge of SIPPs, personal pensions or broader pension products.
• Financial services experience within a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Processing pension administration activities across the SIPP lifecycle
• Managing client onboarding and account establishment
• Processing contributions, transfers and benefit payments
• Maintaining accurate client records and data
• Handling adviser and client queries, delivering high levels of service
• Identifying and resolving administrative issues
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
• Building and maintaining strong knowledge of pensions and platform operations
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to support client outcomes
