A growing fintech investment platform is seeking a SIPP Operations Associate to support the expansion of its pension offering. This is a hands-on role within the Investment Operations team, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational and regulatory framework of a fast-scaling business.

You will support a wide range of SIPP processes including pension transfers, drawdowns, tax reclaims, and reconciliation activities. Liaising with third-party administrators, you’ll ensure efficient and accurate pension operations while responding to internal queries and assisting with regulatory documentation. You’ll also help improve internal workflows and contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Product, Client Experience, and Compliance teams.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in financial services, particularly with pensions or investment operations
