Scope

Our Marketing Department is seeking a seasoned, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate to join our London office supporting the EMEA region and in some instances global functions. In this role, you will play a key role in executing our operational marketing processes, including email campaign deployments, reporting, and platform support. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, highly professional environment, brings strong judgment and communication skills, and values thoughtful, precise work.

This is a hybrid role based in London, with a minimum 3 days in office requirement. You will report directly into the US based Marketing Operations Team.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Execute email marketing campaigns and manage deployment workflows with accuracy and precision
  • Pardot Administration: Administer and maintain the Marketing Cloud/Pardot environment, ensuring data accuracy, stability, and user support.
  • Automation: Create and manage automation rules, engagement studio programs, dynamic lists, and segmentation rules.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop marketing reports and maintain dashboards to track and analyze campaign activity and success. With this data, the candidate should be able to provide thoughtful, data-driven recommendations based on marketing analytics
  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based Co-Head of Marketing Operations to scale and optimize platforms
  • Assist in the external and internal email execution of newsletters, events, and special projects across cross-departmental Marketing colleagues
  • Support digital initiatives, including web updates through the firm’s content management system (CMS)
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications/Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of email marketing and production experience. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud/Pardot and Pardot certification is a plus
  • Proven ability to self-manage and operate independently across time zones
  • Experience with marketing reporting, data visualization, and campaign analytics
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proactive orientation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines while incorporating stakeholder feedback
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex reporting
  • Ability to produce high-quality written communications such as memos, spreadsheets, and presentations
