The Role - Simulation Engineer
You are responsible for working as part of an industry / Ministry of Defence (MOD) collaboration providing guidance and development on the simulation elements as part of a key MOD project. The work will include development of guidance on best approaches for implementation of simulation, software development, requirements development, managing of simulation components and liaison with wider team to implement simulation capabilities.

The Team / Office base
You'll report to the Capability Systems Programme Manager - James Wright, you can be based at our Bristol or Stokenchurch (High Wycombe) office but will be required to travel to the client site to work from there on site. It's a hybrid role with approx. 2 days working from home.
This is a Fixed Term Contract role for 12 months and is subject to us winning a contract with the Ministry of Defence, which will increase the number of consultants working on this key assignment for Nova Systems. Whilst we cannot guarantee a permanent role at the end of the project, it is very common for us to extend contracts further and/or offer permanent roles, and we are expecting strong business growth in this area for 25/26 and beyond.
