Job summary

GDST (The Girls’ Day School Trust) is seeking an ITS School Data Systems Specialist to manage and improve the school operational data systems used across the Trust. You will act as the subject matter expert for SIMS and related systems, guiding schools and Trust Office colleagues in data accuracy, security, governance and reporting.

You will work with teams across ITS, Data, HR, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to deliver robust data flows, dashboards and integrations, and to raise user

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of SIMS and school data systems.
• Experience with data sets, analysis and BI tools in a professional setting.
• Understanding of Excel and Power BI for reporting and decision-making in education.
• Experience supporting operational systems in a service-focused environment, ideally in schools.
• Ability to support data flows, reporting processes and integrations in a complex organisation.

Responsibilities
