Job summary

A leading international law firm is seeking a transactional lawyer with over 4 years of post-qualification experience in LMA-style debt deals to support a global UK bank. The role, which commences in January 2026 for six months, requires a dynamic problem-solver who can meet tight deadlines. Main purpose of the role :

Simmons Adaptive is keen to hear from transactional lawyers with experience in LMA-style debt deals to support our client a global UK bank.

This interim role is due to commence in January 2026 for 6 months.

Person specification :
  • You will have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong understanding and experience working with LMA documentation.
  • You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
  • You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
  • You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
