Job summary

Fractile is seeking a Verification Engineer to join our UK offices in Bristol or London. You will build world‑class ML/AI IC verification workflows, contributing to RTL design reviews and testbench development, aiming for high tape‑out quality and cost reduction.

You will collaborate with modelling, architecture and software teams to push verification methodologies forward, bringing software concepts to hardware and delivering scalable, robust hardware platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong software skills and hardware concepts.
• Ability to read and debug RTL in SystemVerilog and debug waveforms.
• Experience with UVM or strong software background encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with modelling, architecture and RTL design to ensure RTL releases meet high standards.
• Contribute to specification, architecture and workflow discussions to improve verification.
• Deliver a disruptive, scalable verification product through hardware-software integration.
