Job summary

Fractile is seeking a Senior Verification Engineer to join our UK offices in London or Bristol, tackling pre-silicon RTL verification for high‑performance ML/AI hardware. You will contribute to building world-class IC products designed to scale data centre workloads and collaborate with a small, ambitious team committed to rapid delivery.

You’ll read SystemVerilog RTL, debug waveforms, and drive verification planning, testbench construction, and coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong software skills and languages.
• Ability to read and debug RTL in SystemVerilog.
• Familiarity with debugging waveforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to ensure RTL releases are high quality.
• Drive verification planning and testbench development.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and cross‑team alignment.
• Work across hardware, software and modelling teams to deliver a robust product.
