Job summary

Graphcore invites motivated students to join a 12-week summer internship in Bristol as a Graduate Silicon Engineer, contributing to real chip development across RTL, verification, physical design, or DFT. You’ll learn from experienced engineers and apply industry-standard EDA tools while tackling challenging problems.

This internship welcomes curious, self-starting individuals with skills in C/C++ or Python and a passion for AI compute and silicon design.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related (Physics/Math).
• Proficiency in C, C++ or Python demonstrated via coursework or projects.
• Interest in AI compute, silicon design, and motivation to learn EDA tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real chip development tasks within RTL, verification, or physical design areas.
• Learn and apply industry-standard EDA tools with guidance from engineers.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to understand chip design and manufacturing workflows.
