Job summary

Neko Health AB is redefining preventive care with its Signature programme. The Signature Coordinator will ensure every booking is set up correctly, enquiries triaged promptly, and visits coordinated end to end.

This role supports the Concierge, clinic operations, and members, requiring meticulous organisation and calm handling of changing priorities. It runs on a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends, with a focus on delivering an exceptional Signature experience and scalable process

Qualifications

• Experience in a coordination, operations, or administrative role within hospitality, healthcare, or a high-touch service environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and keep track of moving parts without losing accuracy.
• Able to handle highly confidential and sensitive member information with absolute discretion.
• Calm and professional in all situations, with a genuine commitment to getting things right for the member.
• Comfortable working a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with everyday workplace tools, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, to manage schedules, trackers and member documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and triage enquiries across channels, ensuring timely routing to the Concierge team.
• Coordinate visit logistics end-to-end, including transport and member requirements.
• Brief clinic and operations teams ahead of every visit to ensure day-of smooth delivery.
• Manage high-volume periods and Signature events, communicating in real time with relevant teams.
• Develop SOPs and trackers as the programme grows to maintain consistency and accuracy.
