Job summary

Neko seeks a Signature Coordinator to oversee the operational backbone of the Signature programme in London. You’ll ensure bookings are set up accurately, logistics are arranged, and the Concierge team can focus on delivering an exceptional member experience.

You will triage inquiries, coordinate end-to-end visits, and maintain trackers and SOPs to scale as the programme grows, while keeping member information confidential and handling high-profile cases with discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, operations or administrative roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable handling confidential information and high-profile cases.

Responsibilities

• Triage enquiries and route to Concierge promptly.
• Coordinate visit logistics end to end (transport, instructions, requirements).
• Maintain trackers, SOPs and documentation for consistency as volume grows.
