Job summary

Merson Signs is seeking two experienced Signage Installation Crew members to join our field-based team in East Kilbride and surrounding areas. You will work in a two-person crew, delivering high-quality installations across construction, retail, leisure and petroleum sites, while maintaining safety, efficiency and professional on-site conduct.

With a background in sign types and a flexible approach to shifts, you will operate with approved certifications and a clean driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' sign installation experience, ideally in a two-person crew.
• CSCS, IPAF and PASMA certifications required.
• Clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair signage on various sites as part of a two-person crew.
• Handle transport, storage and care of tools and equipment to on-site standards.
• Work to deadlines under supervision and assist other installers as needed.
• Represent the company professionally and engage with customers on site.

We are now looking for two individuals to join our Signage Installation Crews in East Kilbride on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Signage Installation Crew team member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality signage installations at various construction, retail, leisure and petroleum sites throughout East Kilbride and its surrounding areas.

Working as part of a two-person crew, you will install, maintain and repair a range of signage safely, efficiently and to a high standard, whilst ensuring products, tools and equipment are transported, stored and maintained correctly.

You will operate to deadlines, following work instructions from supervisors and managers and supporting installer assistants as and when required. Ensuring good housekeeping standards, you will represent us professionally on site and ensure you are helpful and engaging when dealing with customers.

About You

• A minimum of five years' sign installation experience, ideally as part of a two-person crew
• Experience of working remotely or in a field-based role
• A good understanding of a range of sign types
• A flexible approach to different shift patterns and out-of-town work
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• At a minimum, CSCS, IPAF and PASMA certifications
• A clean driving licence

Any relevant industry training would also be beneficial to your application.
