Job summary

BCS Group, a division of Barhale Holdings Plc, is seeking a Digital Printer Operator - Signs to manufacture commercial and bespoke signage. The role involves operating Canon flatbed and Zund equipment, laminating, mounting vinyl, and CNC routing to drive end-to-end production.

You will join the Signs Operations Team, supporting stock control, audits and continuous improvement while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the sign print industry, specifically wide format signage
• Knowledge of flatbed and roll-to-roll UV printers; Oce Arizona etc
• Experience in mounting, laminating, cutting and weeding
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Team-based collaboration and support to others

Responsibilities

• Manufacture commercial and bespoke signage using Canon flatbed printer, maximizing capacity
• Laminate and vinyl-cut operations, mount and lay up vinyl on substrates
• Operate CNC router to enable seamless print-to-cut workflow
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with stock audits
• Adhere to processes, meet timescales, and communicate progress to team leaders
