Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to service Siemens Building Management Systems across commercial environments in the UK. You will perform PPM, reactive service, fault finding and commissioning of Desigo and PX platforms.

The role requires strong understanding of HVAC controls, BMS graphics, alarms and data trends, with a focus on fault diagnosis, energy optimisation and customer liaison. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer or Controls Engineer.
• Strong practical experience with Siemens BMS systems.
• Experience with Desigo and/or PX is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of HVAC plant and mechanical services.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on BMS systems.
• Diagnose and rectify faults across BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, and plant.
• Service, maintain and optimise Siemens BMS systems (Desigo/PX).
• Configure and commission BMS controllers and field devices.
• Review alarms, trends and operational data to improve performance.
• Attend emergency/reactive call-outs when required.
