Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer with strong Schneider Electric experience to work across commercial and critical environments in the UK. The role focuses on PPM and reactive service, fault finding, and ECO Struxure Building Operation (EBO) support.

Responsibilities include software modifications, commissioning, and diagnostics across AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, chillers and pumps, with customer-facing support and thorough service reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in BMS servicing and control engineering.
Strong Schneider Electric BMS experience.
EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) exposure.
Well-rounded HVAC controls knowledge.
Robust fault-finding skills in BMS environments.
Experience with BACnet / Modbus protocols.
Ability to read control schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform PPM and reactive BMS service across sites.
Carry out fault finding and diagnostics on BMS systems.
Work with Schneider Electric EBO to modify software, graphics, alarms and trends.
Commission and optimise BMS installations.
Diagnose faults on AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers and pumps.
Provide customer-facing technical support and document service reports.
