Job description

About the job you're considering

The SIAM Release Analyst is accountable for coordinating and governing release activities across a complex multi-supplier environment, ensuring that releases are planned, managed, and deployed in a controlled and efficient manner. The role is outcome-focused, ensuring that release processes, schedules, and supplier activities are aligned to business requirements while minimising risk and disruption to live services. The Release Analyst will coordinate cross-supplier release planning, provide oversight of release execution, and ensure suppliers meet their release management obligations and performance commitments. Through effective governance, collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven reporting, the role contributes to improved service quality, enhanced end-user experience, increased operational stability, and the delivery of measurable business value.

Hybrid working

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end Release Management process across a multi-supplier service environment, ensuring releases are planned, scheduled, and deployed in accordance with agreed processes and governance.
  • Work with suppliers, delivery teams, and service management functions to maintain release calendars, identify dependencies, and support the successful delivery of release activities.
  • Monitor release readiness, ensuring required approvals, documentation, testing evidence, and deployment plans completed prior to implementation.
  • Identify, assess, and escalation release-related risks, issues, conflicts, and scheduling impacts to minimise disruption to live services.
  • Facilitate cross-supplier release planning meetings and governance forums, promoting collaboration and ensuring alignment across service towers and delivery teams.
  • Produce release schedules, management information, performance metrics, and reporting to support operational oversight and informed decision-making.
  • Support continual improvement initiatives by analysing release performance, capturing lessons learned, and recommending enhancements to release processes, controls, and supplier practices across the SIAM ecosystem.

You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.

Your skills and experience
  • Experience in Release Management, Service Management, Service Integration, or IT Operations within complex multi-supplier IT environments.
  • Strong understanding of SIAM principles, supplier governance, and the coordination of release activities across multiple suppliers and service towers.
  • Knowledge of ITSM practices, particularly Release, Change, Incident, Service Level, and Supplier Management, with a good understanding of ITIL.
  • Experience coordinating release schedules, managing dependencies, and supporting release planning, readiness, and deployment activities.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to identify and manage release risks, conflicts, and service impacts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and change governance forums.
