Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member for a Full-Time/Seasonal role at our holiday park. You will monitor and patrol to keep guests, owners and staff safe, manage park access, and respond to incidents while keeping thorough records.

We require a valid SIA DS license, hospitality/security experience is a plus, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Haven offers training, development, and inclusive team perks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous security experience in hospitality/leisure is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety for guests, owners and team.
• Assist in managing park access to authorised individuals only.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, medical emergencies, alarms or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed, accurate incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest assistance and information as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to create a safe and enjoyable environment.

We areseekingan energetic and enthusiastic SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licensed Security Team Member to join our fun and welcoming facilities team at Haven! As part of our 24-hour security operation,you’llbe at the heart of creating a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests and team members. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to always ensure safety and security to our guests,ownersand team.
• Assistin the management of park access, ensuring only authorised individuals and guests or owners arepermittedon site.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any security-related incidents, such as medical emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
• Maintaindetailed andaccuraterecords of incidents, reporting to management asrequired.
• Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences,assistingwith information on guest queries.
• Collaborate with other team members and park functions to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid SIADoor Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previousexperience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry, is an advantage.
• Strong communicationskills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
