Role Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the premises, conduct regular perimeter patrols, and complete safety and fire equipment checks to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
2. Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, manage and diffuse confrontations, and keep detailed records of all incidents.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for our team and guests, assist with inquiries, check guest passes, and support the wider team with ad hoc tasks when required.

Experience and Qualifications:

• SIA license
• Experience within a similar role in Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure
• Committed and focused on delivering a professional service
• Ability to confidently deal with and diffuse challenging situations
• Team player, willing to support other departments
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude towards customer care
