Join our One Great Team at Haven as a Security Team Member to maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, owners, and team members. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licensed Security Team Member to join our welcoming facilities team. As part of our 24-hour security operation, you'll help create a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere. If you enjoy working with people and staying active, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners, and staff.
• Manage park access, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted on site.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest assistance and information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Experience in security, preferably in hospitality or leisure, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• High attention to detail and observational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
