Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member with a valid SIA Door Supervisor license to join our 24-hour security operations. You will patrol the holiday park, manage access, respond to incidents, and maintain incident records while delivering friendly guest service.

Join our energetic facilities team to help create a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members across shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous security experience is an advantage, ideally in hospitality/leisure.
• Strong communication skills with calm professionalism in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners and team.
• Assist in managing park access to authorised individuals only.
• Respond promptly to any security incidents, alarms or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest experiences and assist with information queries.
• Collaborate with other teams to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to always ensure safety and security to our guests,ownersand team.
• Assistin the management of park access, ensuring only authorised individuals and guests or owners are permitted on site.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any security-related incidents, such as medical emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
• Maintaindetailed andaccuraterecords of incidents, reporting to management as required.
• Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences, assisting with information on guest queries.
• Collaborate with other team members and park functions to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid SIADoor Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previousexperience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry, is an advantage.
• Strong communicationskills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service in line with Haven’s values.
