Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in security services in a busy environment.
• SIA Security Licence and Public Space Surveillance Licence where required.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to work on own initiative under pressure.
• Honest and reliable work ethic.
• Willingness to partake in on-site training for emergencies.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular site patrols as instructed by management.
• Ensure site rules and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Record all incidents in the Incident Log.
• Manage contractors to comply with site procedures and H&S.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.
• Assist public enquiries when required.
• Adhere to company rules and procedures.
