Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Lincoln seeks a Support Officer for RAF Scampton. You will protect property, people and assets on site in accordance with published Assignment Instructions and UK law. The role requires a front-line SIA licence and a clean driving licence, with ongoing training to develop skills.

The position involves 8 hours per week, across days, nights and weekends, at a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. Training and licence renewals are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience.
• Door Supervisor SIA license preferred; most have one.
• Clean driving licence required.
• SC or Enhanced Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers' property, people and assets per Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Deliver KPI/SLA performance for the customer.
• Complete required competency training and ongoing development.
• Review AI changes to improve service and compliance.
• Maintain safety standards and report hazards promptly.
• Follow instructions and work systematically; renew licences on time.
• Call emergency services and report incidents as needed.
