Responsibilities

• Manage guest entry and behaviour in line with venue policy and licensing requirements.
• Monitor capacity and support a smooth, safe flow of guests.
• Conduct regular patrols and searches where necessary.
• Refuse entry or remove guests as appropriate – use physical intervention only when required.
• Protect staff, guests and venue assets.
• Report and record all incidents, refusals and relevant activity accurately.

We're now looking for a skilled SIA Door Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious venue in Bath, providing a visible and effective presence during busy weekend nights.

This is a long-term position in a very well-established venue, ideal for a confident and experienced professional who takes pride in doing the job properly and to a high standard.

Your main duties will include:

• Managing guest entry and behaviour in line with venue policy and licensing requirements
• Monitoring capacity and supporting a smooth, safe flow of guests
